J-town student ministry seeks to be a place where the students of Horry county can hear the Gospel in a way they can understand. Our goal is to see students enter into a saving relationship with Jesus and to walk with them as they learn what it means to follow Jesus.
Sunday School
(Every Sunday at 09:30 AM in the youth room) – This is a time of Bible study and discussion. We are currently going through a three year study called the “The Gospel Project.” This study aims to see God at work through the grand story of Scripture as they point to Jesus.
High School Night
(Every Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m.) – High School students gather in a small group setting to play a game or two; fellowship and dive into the Scriptures. We are going through a year long small group study called “The Thread,” which focuses on how Jesus and The Gospel are the central themes of all scripture.
Middle School Night
(Every Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m.) – Middle School students gather in a small group setting to play a game or two; fellowship and dive into the Scriptures. We are going through a year long small group study called “The Thread,” which focuses on how Jesus and The Gospel are the central themes of all scripture.
Sunday Night Youth Gathering
(Every Sunday Night at 5:00 p.m.) – All students (6th-12th grade) meet on Sunday nights for a dynamic time of fellowship, games, worship, teaching, and small group discipleship.
