J-town student ministry seeks to be a place where the students of Horry county can hear the Gospel in a way they can understand. Our goal is to see students enter into a saving relationship with Jesus and to walk with them as they learn what it means to follow Jesus.

Sunday School

(Every Sunday at 10am in the youth room) – This is a time of Bible study and discussion. We are currently going through a three year study (ending September 2020) called the “The Gospel Project.” This study aims to see God at work through the grand story of Scripture as they point to Jesus.

High School Night

(Every Wednesday Night at 6:30 p.m.) – High School students gather in a small group setting to play a game or two; fellowship and dive into the Scriptures. We discuss relevant topics such as apologetic and culture as we search the pages of God’s word.

Middle School Night

(Every Sunday Night at 6:00 p.m.) – Middle School students gather for an energetic time to burn off some energy as we play games and sometimes grab a bite to eat. And, most
importantly we are going through a two year study; called “LIVE Publishing – Junior High” that speaks directly to where middle school students are from God’s word.
